Residential real estate appraisal reports are provided in standard promulgated formats that include the FNMA 1004, FNMA 2055 and other residential formats.  Commercial appraisals reports are completed in compliance with the client's instructions, but generally are completed in narrative style, which include full narrative reports, summary appraisal reports, and other appraisal reporting products as needed by individual clients.  All appraisal reports, whether residential or commercial, meet or exceed industry standards and requirements.
